Using a Fund to Purchase Vacation Rentals with Tony Cappaert

Here, Tony opens up how he started in the business and after gaining enough experience, built a Fund Company as another unique way of buying rental properties.
According to him, the business model is fairly simple. The fund is composed of friends who invest from 50k to 200k. The investment money is then used to acquire rental properties with at least 70% loaned amount and the remaining 30% is from the fund.
The investors are getting the returns every quarter by deducting the rental managements fees and other expenses to the gross rent- where the amount is proportioned to the invested money. While there are a few challenges In the business, a 24% actual cash payout proves that this model is working.
