Tennessee and Georgia are both known as some of the best places to have vacation rental homes due to the large number of visitors that they get each year. Because of this, owning a vacation Rental in either state can be very profitable.

Today's guest is Katie Bien, who owns and manages vacation rentals in Tennessee and Georgia, particularly in Chattanooga. With her background in Hospitality management, her passion and dedication remained even after becoming a full time mom.

She shares that it's an advantage to be on both sides of the business as this enables her to see the issues from different perspectives and address them accordingly.

Eric also added that a good team is needed in order to thrive and be successful in the business; a realtor and lender who understands the ins and outs of the business, and a property manager who knows the area and has the expertise to tackle any issues that may arise can really make a great team.
