Welcome  back to another episode of Safer VR’s Podcast.

Today, Eric talks about ‘Awakening’ our fullest potential- becoming  what we want to be, doing what we want to do, and having what we want to have.

Practicing the Be- Do- Have Model, this enables us to be more aware of our thoughts, able to understand our behaviors , and finally able to know by having experienced the totality of who we are BEing.

Easier said than done, but we sometimes turn out to be our own enemy.

This is because of the self- limiting beliefs that we have developed over time.

Self-limiting beliefs are the negative statements or beliefs you tell yourself about yourself and your abilities. The problem with these self-imposed limits is that they are often invisible; you don't even know that you hold them.
You begin to accept them as true without ever questioning them, even if there is no factual evidence that supports this reality.

The worst part about self-limiting beliefs is that they become your truth, no matter how untrue they actually are. When faced with a situation where you must take action, your self-limiting beliefs will kick in and stop you dead in your tracks! The result: You never get to realize your full potential.

And these self- limiting beliefs can only be recognized if we practice awareness- the first step of transformation in anything that we do.
