The Four Pillars of Safer Vacation Rentals

Welcome back to Safer Vacation Rental Podcast with me, Eric Thibodeaux.

Today's episode is all about what Safer VRS does and its four pillars. We help vacation rental managers and owners with safety and loss prevention, and it's really a holistic approach.

First Pillar is the membership where we talk about and look at through our Facebook group, Zoom calls, and work that I put together on my Kajabi portal—all about how we're looking at safety and loss prevention. And I sprinkle in there a little bit of mindset coaching around the patterns that hold us back.

Our next pillar is transformational thinking. This is groundbreaking stuff that helps us move businesses forward as we talk about safety specifically, but also everything else: when we talk about our mindset, those patterns that hold us back—it doesn't just stop with safety; it goes into every area of business.

Third pillar is Safety consulting where I come out and help and support your team through looking at properties to talking about your teams is really I'm looking at not just the guests, not just the property, not just the owner, also property management teams and your contractors and your housekeepers.

And finally we have expert witness and testimony. And what that is is basically I work with attorneys and insurance companies. They contact me and look about specific cases in the vacation rental or property management, or as they like to call it the Airbnb world.
